Our Agreement with You

Welcome to Patna Packers! These terms explain our working relationship when you use our packing, moving, or storage services in Patna. By booking our services, you're agreeing to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Commitment

• We provide packing, moving, and storage services throughout Patna and Bihar
• Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on information you provide
• Final charges may change if actual items differ from initial list

2. Your Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Tell us about fragile items, narrow staircases, or parking challenges at both locations
• Access: Ensure clear access to loading/unloading areas
• Prohibited Items: We cannot transport explosives, flammables, or illegal goods
• Personal Documents: Carry important papers (passports, jewelry) yourself

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance required for booking confirmation
• Balance payment due before unloading at destination
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers - receipts provided immediately
• Delayed payments incur 1.5% monthly interest

4. Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before move: Full refund of advance
• 48-72 hours before move: 50% of advance refunded
• Less than 48 hours: Advance non-refundable

5. Our Liability

• We carry basic insurance covering ₹10 lakh per vehicle
• For high-value items (art, antiques), please declare for additional coverage
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photos
• We're not liable for pre-existing damages or items packed by owner

6. Storage Terms

• Minimum storage period: 15 days
• Monthly billing cycle - payment due by 5th each month
• Access available Tue/Sat 10AM-4PM with 24-hour notice
• Unclaimed items after 6 months may be auctioned to recover costs

7. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays due to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or bandhs
• Vehicle breakdowns or accidents
• Pandemic-related restrictions

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements will first go through mediation in Patna. If unresolved, matters will be settled in Patna District Courts under Indian law.
